Early Sunday morning on November 17th 2013, the world prematurely lost a truly gifted soul by the name of Jordan Anthony Ebanks. Jordan and I met at work and made plans to collaborate together within the first hour of meeting each other. His style reminded of music I grew up listening to, with nods to contemporary pop. He showed me the only four songs he had recorded professionally, 2 r&b and 2 rap. His singing stuck out to me as a mix of Devin the Dude, Bone Thugs, Snoop and his complete original style and great writing. I always wondered if he knew how good he was and it's heartbreaking we'll never get to know his real potential. Under his name MASN (pronounced 'mason'), we only had the chance to record in the studio together once. The result is this song "BE AT HOME".
