Fall of civilization

Was ist der essenzielle Kit einer Zivilisation? Die folgende Abhandlung stützt sich auf die These, dass die Kultur den wichtigsten Baustein einer Zivilisation darstellt und darüber hinaus, ihr fortbestehen absichert. Unter Kultur versteht man hier ein vielseitiges- und vielschichtiges System, welches bestimmte Verhaltens- und Benimmregeln, sowie Vorstellungen über Moral dokumentiert und für alle Partizipierenden greifbar macht. Dieses teilweise (nur) implizite Regelwerk sorgt für Sicherheit, Ordnung und Stabilität innerhalb einer Zivilisation. 
Wie es um eine Zivilisation bestellt ist, lässt sich aus der immanenten Kulturqualität ableiten. Werden die vorherrschenden Sitten und Normen beachtet und eingehalten? Fungiert die Kultur als Leitfaden für die Mitglieder der Gesellschaft?
Ein Grund für kulturellen und damit auch zivilisatorischen Niedergang, ist eine Diffusion der Moral- und Wertvorstellungen. Eine hohes Maß an Individualität innerhalb einer Gesellschaft, sorgt, u.a. für eine Pluralisierung der Interessen, Wünsche & Ziele. Damit einher wandelt sich auch häufig die gängige Moral. Aus einem gemeinsam geteilten Konsens, entstehen individuelle Werte & Normen. Nunmehr fehlt eine Basis für  bspw., eine gemeinsame, gesamtgesellschaftliche Zukunftsvision. 
Diese Prozesse der Pluralisierung mag man bewerten wie man möchte. Für den Fortbestand einer Zivilisation ist die Identifikation mit der eigenen Kultur und dessen Moralvorstellungen jedoch essenziell wichtig. 

Dieser Podcast zeichnet sich durch seinen mystischen Vibe aus. Solidmind gibt uns heute einen Einblick in seine vorzügliche Downtempo Kollektion. Wir befinden uns mitten in der schönsten Jahreszeit. An Tagen wie diesen kann unserer blendenden Laune nicht einmal Regen etwas anhaben. Die Festivalsaison lässt uns nochmal Kind sein und weckt unsere Kreativität. Wir sehen Möglichkeiten statt Hindernisse und leben ein Wochenende in einer wundervollen Parallelwelt. Einzig getrieben durch unsere Grundbedürfnisse gleiten wir gelöst vom gesellschaftlichen Zwang durch die Stunden der Freiheit.
Dabei haben wir uns dieses Jahr mal gezielt in das bunte Treiben bei Tageslicht gestürzt. Hier zeigen sich Festivals und ihre Besucher nochmal von einer anderen Seite. Auf den Tanzflächen geht es meist etwas familiärer zu und die Djs spielen auch gern mal die die ausgefallenen Funde aus der Plattenkiste. Und wenn man als ganz früher Vogel den Wurm fängt, kann man auch die großen Schlangen umgehen und es bleibt mehr Zeit für die geliebten Tanzsportaktivitäten oder das oft vielfältige kulturelle Rahmenprogramm, welches ansonsten oft übergangen wird. Dabei können auch die kleinen Attraktionen abseits der großen Bühnen den Tag versüßen. Wir können nur jeden ermutigen auch mal den Tag zur Nacht zu machen und das Feiern unter dem blauen Himmel ausufernd zu genießen. 

So lasst uns die kleinen wieder gewonnenen Freiheiten der diesjährigen Open-Air Tanzsaison gebührend feiern und all die guten Begegnungen und Erfahrungen wertschätzen. Dabei wird Solidmind behilflich sein, der mit seinem Set zum Tanzen animiert.

Solidmind, from Munich (Germany), starting back in 2013 with Deep House and the pathway to Organic House and Melodic Techno was very long but also an influential journey for Solidmind's recognition of modern sound engineering. By decomposing different Subgenres, he finally gained his own interpretation of what real emotional, electronic music for the dancefloor has to sound like.
He started his own Label "Elysion" in 2020 which already started off well and received huge support by Spotify's "Organica" and well-known Youtube channels, making him familiar in connoisseur circles. His Sets and latest Tracks are premiered by big Souncloud Channels like TRNDMSK, Deep Stories, Katerhaifisch and more. Live artist and DJ/Producer Solidmind, aka Stephan Kellner, has elevated himself into the top tier of promising downtempo, organic house artists. Still in his mid-twenties and turning heads with his unmistakably compelling releases and DJ sets/live performances, the producer and ‘ @elysionrecordings ’ label boss is forever influenced by the world around him. While travelling as a backpacker in his early twenties, he assimilated a wide variety of underground and cultural influences, helping him hone his skills to create the genre-spanning contemporary sounds he loves. Though a fresh face on the electronic music circuit publicly, he has been producing music since he was 16, his productions going from strength to strength as his sound evolved. 

‘Elysion’, est. 2020, is predominantly a vehicle for his own tracks whilst also serving as a platform for showcasing others. The label specialises in deep tribal dance music, incorporating folkloric sounds and ancient rhythms.

Working out in the Bahnwärter Thiel artist studios in Munich, Stephan’s favourite gear includes the Prophet Rev2 and Moog Sub 37 synths, and Roland Tr8-s, getting lost in jamming sessions until nightfall / through the night / until dark

With upcoming releases scheduled on Pipe & Pochet and more coming on Elysion, this is only the beginning for this exciting talent.

Der Live-Künstler und DJ/Produzent Solidmind, aka Stephan Kellner, hat sich in die Riege der vielversprechendsten Downtempo- und Organic-House-Künstler eingereiht. Der Produzent und "Elysion"-Labelchef, der mit seinen Releases und DJ-Sets/Live-Performances immer wieder für Aufsehen sorgt, ist Mitte zwanzig und wird von der ihm umgebenden Umwelt geprägt. Während seiner Reisen als Backpacker nahm er eine Vielzahl von kulturellen und Underground-Einflüssen auf, die ihm dabei halfen, seine Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, einen genreübergreifenden zeitgenössischen Sound zu kreieren. Obwohl er in der Öffentlichkeit ein neues Gesicht in der elektronischen Musikszene ist, produziert er Musik, seitdem er 16 Jahre alt ist und seine Produktionen werden immer überzeugender, während sich sein Sound weiterentwickelt.

'Elysion', est. 2020, ist in erster Linie ein Medium für seine eigenen Tracks, dient aber auch als Plattform, um neue Künstler zu fördern. Das Label ist spezialisiert auf Deep Tribal Dance Music, die folkloristische Klänge und uralte Rhythmen vereint.

In den Bahnwärter Thiel Künstlerstudios in München arbeitet Stephan mit dem Prophet Rev2, dem Moog Sub 37 und dem Roland Tr8-s und verliert sich in Jamsessions bis zum Einbruch der Nacht / durch die Nacht / bis zur Dunkelheit.

Mit bevorstehenden Veröffentlichungen auf Pipe & Pochet und weiteren auf Elysion, ist dies nur der Anfang für dieses außergewöhnliche musikalische Talent.
