"Deco and Mesck team up to present their latest collaborative single on Deceast and their third release together in 2013. 'Transit Method' is a fast-paced, percussion-driven slice of futuristic tribalism replete with sci-fi samples, moody synths and syncopated drum programming. The crisp production showcases some of the duo’s best engineering work to date and has resulted in this track always getting a great response when played on a proper club sound system.
"On the flip, 'Slated; continues with the tribal aesthetic albeit in more of a mellow manner. Subtle female vocals give this song a human touch and the melodic elements bring plenty of musicality to this song’s sonic pallette. The percussion and sub bass play off one another to create momentum and the production quality perfectly suits being paired up with the A side of this release.
"With 'Transit Method' / 'Slated', Deco and Mesck continue their fruitful artistic collaboration that once again spans mediums as both had a hand in crafting the music and the cover art for this release. Keep your eyes and ears open for more from this pair of producers as they each ready big solo releases for later in 2013."
