The Holy Old Machinaw was a house of ill-repute on Bay City's "Hell's Half Mile" in the 19th century, where it was visited by both loggers and sailors.  The song was written and sung by Jerry Casault with backing vocals by the rest of Whisky and Water.  We tag it with Liz Carroll's reel "Golden Legs".  (This is an audience recording from the Tall Ship Celebration 2016.)
