Vern’s sounds are considered unique in their essence due to his profound dedication to discover new music patterns.

Teo and Lukas, two individuals who are generated as @sous-sol and they are putting their entire personalities into their art.

For the last five years, the dynamic duo has been working hard in the studio. Since, they’ve seen a rapid increase in their fan base and demand for their music from both, local and foreign clubs alike, which leads to shows at Kater Blau, Wilde Renate, and “Mir Dir Festival” in Berlin, Habitat or Plötzlich am Meer Festival in Poland for example. 

In Switzerland, Sous Sol are veterans mixing music and can frequently be heard at popular clubs such as Nordstern, Hive, Friedas Büxe, Supermarke, or Klaus in Zurich (Zurich), as well as at ROK and Neubad Klub in their hometown Lucerne.

Their releases have been published on imprints like @bondage-music, @whoyostro, @ hiveaudio and on @mihai-popoviciu-1 's Label @cyclicrecords. Lukas was also the manager of the club Uferlos in Lucerne, which gives him a good look behind the scenes.

@Grenco is a producer and DJ from Croatia, co-founder of Greenlight, with whom he represents a new generation of the country's underground scene. As an emerging talent and a force to be reckoned with, he is quickly becoming an artist to watch closely.
Grenco’s musical foundations lie in bass-infused, hip-shaking, and hi-hat-loving beats. His DJ sets seamlessly explore the realms of house, trance, and garage, effortlessly blending both classic and new releases.

Grenco has quickly established a consistent presence on the regional music scene, performing in renowned clubs across Rijeka, Zagreb, and Ljubljana, with appearances on festivals like Love International, Sea Star, Beatpoint, and many others.

In 2023 they received the Ambassador award for the ‘Collective of the Year’. On their club nights, they hosted recognized names such as Per Hammar, Amaliah, Kepler, Kassian, Soulfreq, and many other established regional artists.

The next SolvdCast comes from Slovenian DJs @vazzino & @SunnySun who are no strangers to the local music scene. Besides DJ-ing, both artists are active also on the hip-hop scene which gives them a distinguish unique-ness when it comes to performing as DJs.

Sunny is a talented DJ and producer based in Ljubljana, with roots tracing back to both Syria and Croatia. As an undeniably eclectic DJ, Sunny possesses a profound love and passion for exploring new sounds and diggin' into dusty crates.

The eccentric Ljubljana-based artist Mark Jacob Cavazza, also known as Vazz, discovered his passion for music through writing poetry. He has established himself as one of the most prominent young hip-hop creators in Slovenia. Besides that, he's a vivid vinyl collector which gives him the freedom to express the other side of his alter-ego.

This set was recorded during this year's Butik Festival in Tolmin and it includes music from all sides of electronic spectrum.

All the way from Australia, @RubyMayMoon, co-founder of CLUTCH4LOVE, is an energetic DJ and producer known for mixing that includes various styles, always with precision and care. His self-released missives, including last year’s eclectic Ruby May Moments EP, a remix for La La’s Brand New Records label, as well as a track on V/A on Fast At Work, give an emotional resonance with the varying dance sounds of the world, paired with a keen love of popular culture. His production-making abilities allow him to truly make whatever he likes, but always with a measure of love and heart. 

His DJ sets explore his influences further, threading wildly diverse musical styles together to create a distinctly unique narrative that sets Ruby out from the rest. Mixes for NTS Radio, Rinse FM, Radio Radio, and Netil Radio coupled with his regular appearances at Café Bakeliet in Rotterdam highlight this best. 

Ruby May Moon is as sweet as he sounds, a crucially plush alternative to the mundane and a necessary injection of positivity into the dance world.

Drum elements are nicely glued together with pulsating background pad which holds the tension throughout the tune. Listening to this tune, we almost got a feeling that we're driving through an endless tunnel where synth plucks works as a warm light.

Bondage Music reveals the latest instalment in its ‘Bondage Games’ series. Sascha Dive, Frink, Toman and Philipp Gonzales delivered four original compositions for Part 5.

Launched in 2008, German imprint Bondage Music has established itself as a quintessential imprint for many within the world of stripped back, high-quality house music, releasing material from the likes of Mihai Popoviciu, NTFO, Markus Homm and Tuccillo across the past 12 months alone. Their ‘Bondage Games’ series has also become a key fixture in the calendar, and here we see the label follow up their 2018 instalment with another vinyl-only EP.

@franciscofrink, a Spanish DJ and producer, delivered smooth deep vibes in his tune "Vega". Silky 4/4 groove built on warm sublimes gives the track its structure while the mellow pads and stabs add character.

A favorite and regular within his home city, here we see him make a debut appearance on James Dexter’s fledgling Inermu imprint as he delivers two original productions backed by a remix from the label boss himself.

Title cut ‘For Us’ opens the package as Antsyrev combines dubby chords and rich low-end tones amongst refined, regimented percussion arraignments, whilst ‘Vibe Swimming’ brings an introduction of warmer melodies, skipping hats and a snaking bassline. Last up, James Dexter’s interpretation of ‘For Us’ sees the label head introduce punchy kicks and hazy lead melodies over the original’s slick rolling groove line to close the EP in style.
