Hi, for a lot of people that haven't been posted about my activity this is probably the first bit of UT/DR content I've made in a good year or so. I don't normally follow trends like these but inspiration struck me while I was playing chapter 2 again and I couldn't sleep until I finally finished this track. That being said, initially I wasn't sure how to approach this style of arrangement so I spent some time studying AU tracks, mostly works from the following talented individuals:

In the end, it was really fun adapting all the melodies to fit the tension of the fight in game. Hopefully I was able to accomplish that. Also neat little fact: I haven't downloaded Undertale or the soundtrack from Bandcamp on my new computer yet so the Power of Neo file I sampled here was from a Rivals of Aether workshop asset.

33 hour remix, so many little references in this one heh- dies (◐ω◑) 

0:26 - Yes I threw in my melody from "Drown it Out" here on top. That song's lyrics have a similar theme to this chapter regarding Tenna. I think you can figure it out why.

0:52 I wanted to incorporate a playful sounding Christmasy wintery vibe for this melody progression in this part. Sure we don't know 100% if the Knight is Dess but it's a good guess. (I will feel stupid if this turns out wrong and will most likely remix this track again if so LOL.)

1:56 - "Lost Girl" reference, this is also obvious.

2:21 - Cactus. Why? Celebrity appearance. I don't need to explain Cactus. Accept cactus.

This was deceptively difficult for me to remix this with the ideas I wanted to do, hence why it took 33 hours. I struggled but refused to upload something that I wasn't happy with, so I kept working at it.

If I remix this again, I'll probs keep it more of a regular fight theme, but with all the mystery around Dess, I thought the references would be fun to play with rn, even if it turns out to be wrong (｢･ω･)｢
