French born artist Felicie joins the Soma ranks with an outstanding debut release with the Daddy Issues EP. With tracks appearing on compilations and VA’s, Felicie’s first full solo outing shows why this upcoming and coming DJ/producer is a force to be reckoned with. One of the new breed of French Techno exports, Felicie’s sound is forged in the harder edges of Techno with elements of Rave and Industrial cut in for good measure. 

Title track Daddy Issues is a straight forward, no nonsense dance floor burner. Short and cutting vocals cuts give an air of defiance as thundering drums drive hard. UK Techno don Cleric’s interpretation of Daddy Issues delivers on more groove and functionality whilst still retaining the hard hitting qualities of the original. Camgirlz keeps up the pressure with EBM & Rave influences prevalent throughout the track's main hook. First Date In The Dark Room is a decisive closer to this EP and leans on slightly more deeper, melodic elements but still has Felicie’s drive and aggressive stance.
