Ease Your Morning Stiff Neck

This series investigates the edges -- how we can change our perception of the edges, and thus move more easily. Two possibilities are offered, one in peeling (bringing an edge slightly forward), and rounding (rounding an edge toward the floor). Standing is an important intention -- so an additional recordings shows how the experience can be done in standing.
