It captures the suffocating fog of despair, the sense of being trapped within a mind that won’t quiet, and the aching loneliness that leads to a final decision. With haunting imagery and raw vulnerability, the song doesn’t shy away from the reality of loss and the silence left behind. At its core, “Out of My Head” is a heartbreaking reflection of what it means to reach that end point , both a tribute to lives cut short and a call to witness the hidden battles that often go unseen.
