Lately, I find myself forgetting how you sound like. 
Yet it is odd that I didn’t forget all the other little things.

I remember how you used to stare into my eyes right after I made you laugh.

The peace that radiated from your eyes made me want to spend every waking moment around you.

I remember how you used to fill the room with your smile.
As if it had a “sound”. A sound so calming that it turned the noise into silence, and the silence into serenity.

I remember how you held my hand the first day we met. 
I felt like I found home. 
Right then and there, in your hands.

I remember how I felt, I never forgot.
I know how I feel, I’ll never forget.
