“May 25th, 1996” is the day we lost one of the most underrated poets we've seen, this is a tribute to Bradley Nowell of Sublime. This track immortalizes the chapter he provided with his life, his voice and the sound that never stopped echoing through the static.

It reimagines the poem's core metaphor—a beautifully embroidered coat symbolizing artistic creation, mythology, or personal philosophy that's co-opted by "fools" (imitators or conformists)—into a modern rap-rock anthem. The lyrics blend rock, blues, and progressive elements with rap interludes to explore self-reliance, authenticity, and resistance to external control.
