Eulenspiegel is a mythical character of the 14th century and is surrounded by a mysterious charme.

The berlin- born artist shows his own contemporary interpretation of this magical character and takes you on a journey into the unknown, into worlds of spherical sounds. He moves in between different genres of electronic music, always on the gateway to a transcendental state of mind. His sets are uplifting, spiritual and diverse, yet calming, harmonic and soulful.

Bald nach dieser Zeit, als Eulenspiegel ein Küster gewesen war, kam er in die Stadt Magdeburg und vollführte dort viele Streiche. Davon wurde sein Name so bekannt, dass man von Eulenspiegel allerhand zu erzählen wusste. Die angesehensten Bürger der Stadt baten ihn, er solle etwas Abenteuerliches und Gauklerisches treiben. Da sagte er, er wolle das tun und auf das Rathaus steigen und vom Erker herabfliegen. Nun erhob sich ein Geschrei in der ganzen Stadt. jung und alt versammelten sich auf dem Markt und wollten sehen, wie er flog. 
Eulenspiegel stand auf dem Erker des Rathauses, bewegte die Arme und gebärdete sich, als ob er fliegen wolle. Die Leute standen, rissen Augen und Mäuler auf und erhoben sich plötzlich in die Luft und schwebten schwerelos über dem Marktplatz. Da begann Eulenspiegel zu lachen und rief: »Ich meinte, es gäbe keinen Toren oder Narren in der Welt außer mir. Nun sehe ich aber, dass hier die ganze Stadt voller Toren ist. Und wenn ihr mir alle sagtet, dass ihr nicht fliegen könntet, ich glaubte es nicht. Den um zu fliegen, muss man nicht auf das Rathaus steigen. Damit kehrte er sich um, und drücke play!

New year, new stories. Baba Sikander launches our 2019 with a fantastic mixture of cat meows, lectures on the meaning of needs and a deep driving beat.

Being the son of a DJ daddy, Sikander has been influenced by dance music from his early childhood years. Grown up with Italo Disco, Acid House and early Techno, he shifted to UK Breakbeats and Drum & Bass in the mid 90s, when he decided to become a DJ and put the needle on the record. The following years, he indulged himself into any genre of electronic music that was fun to play. These days, he prefers ear candy that swings between organic and abstract, laid-back and heavy.
