We’re excited to present a special collaboration between two unique artists: Biljana Pais and Skydrips. What
began as an inspiring phone conversation evolved into a creative exchange—each artist sharing an unfinished
idea with the other, laying the foundation for two deeply personal tracks.
‘Guidance’ is a delicate and emotional journey, driven by warm FM synthesis and soft textures that gently carry
Biljana’s vocals. Despite its faster tempo, it’s the more sensitive of the two tracks—offering comfort, depth, and
a sense of fragile beauty during uncertain times.
‘Love As New’ takes a different route. Slower, rawer, and grounded in gritty textures, it reflects the pulse of
Berlin—its contrasts, chaos, and poetry. From the scent of steel at Kottbusser Tor to the ever-changing rhythm
between Wedding and Lichtenberg, this track is a love letter to the city’s diverse musical soul. A sonic cocktail
of electronic and hip-hop influences, ready to be savored or devoured.

This is a common meaning, referencing a beautiful, ethereal being, often associated with paradise or the afterlife.
Houri:
In Islamic tradition, "houri" (also spelled "huri") refers to the beautiful virgins of paradise, promised to the righteous in the afterlife.
Freedom/Liberation:
The name can also carry the meaning of freedom and emancipation, particularly in the context of breaking away from societal norms.
Light:
Some interpretations also suggest Huriya means "light".
