Late 2019, this Brussels-based duo decided to combine all their favourite flavours of electronic music with a trippy vibe. Begun in 2018, Colapso is on a mission to reveal the hidden treasures of Italo Disco, Dark Disco, New Beat and EBM on the Parisian scene.

It was during his years (2020-2022) in Hamburg, Germany - the birthplace of the New Wave - that his project matured towards industrial punk sounds. Very active since 2022, Colapso has played gigs in solo, as well as with his other project "Apéro Italo" alongside his friends Zaratustra and IBLT.

With a consuming passion for the retro-funk synthesizers of Italo Disco, the captivating the captivating sounds of Dark Disco with rock and oriental accents, as well as the raw energy of Indie Dance with New Wave punk influences, Colapso brings body and soul to the dancefloor.

Inspired by renowned artists such as Curses, Jennifer Cardini, Franz Scala, Fabrizio Mammarella, Mufti and Theus Mago, Colapso mixes styles to create an atmosphere that's both italo and darkdiskian.


Description of the mix

Different from what he's used to playing, Colapso offers a downtempo mix of slow trance, ethno and slow ebm. The result is a tribal journey where time and space collapse. Enjoy!
