Behind the alter ego ¨Ultratube¨https://soundcloud.com/ultratube there is a tremendously curious person with an obsession to constantly investigate new music, new structures and sounds that take him to another emotional state. His sincere musical passion began to develop in the mid-90s, bathing himself in styles where distorted guitars predominated such as Indie Rock, Punk, Noise, Shoegaze, Indie Pop or Dream Pop, among others. In love with powerful bases and heavenly melodies. At the beginning of 2000, contact with electronic music began through Techno, of a more minimalist and hypnotic style, with people like Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills or Josh Wink among others. Already in the mid and late 2000s, he began to have contact with more melodic and atmospheric styles, such as Progressive House, influenced by people like John Digweed, Sasha or Hernan Cattaneo. Around the year 2022, he falls in love with Disco in its most cosmic and spatial aspect (where he also plays Dark Disco, Italo Disco, Indie Dance, New Beat, Acid, Progressive, etc...).

He usually plays at El Barbero Club (Palma de Mallorca). One of the reference clubs in the city in terms of quality electronics with more than 30 years of experience.

The mixes he creates are usually journeys through hypnotic, narcotic, lysergic and melodic-melancholic sounds where they come together to create a rise in the listener's emotional intensity. 

As it is the case of the podcast that we present below. A very personal galactic journey that represents its essence 100%. A journey through multicolored stellar dimensions where both light and darkness come together to create something Beautiful for both the mind and the heart. Since their first meeting (after both becoming residents at the historically important club “Venus” in Nottingham), between them they spent the 90s’ with residencies at many of the decades seminal parties including the Gardening Club, Venus, Deluxe, The Bomb and Stealth, as well as making regular appearances at events such as Andrew Weatheralls’ “Sabresonic” parties, Ministry of Sound “Open All Hours”, Club UK, Voodoo, Malibu Stacey, Golden, Progress, Moneypennys and even guesting as tour DJs for Underworld and James.
Coyote officially came into being in 2004, when Timm and Ampo decided to start making music together. Since taking on the moniker, Coyote have had a wealth of releases and remixes on a huge array of labels including International Feel, Claremont 54, Ene, Nang, Needwant, Aficionado, RVNG International, Polydor, Phantasy, Rothmans, Tusk Wax and their own “Is it Balearic?” itself, for artists including Odyssey, Charles Webster, Claire Mcquire, Soft Rocks, Runaway, Jose Padilla, Connan Moccasin, Chris Coco, the Backwoods and many, many more.
 After the birth of Coyote, Is It Balearic? Recordings followed in 2007. Initially conceived as merely a platform for the original Ltd Edition Coyote releases (all of which sold out very quickly) it has since branched out into releasing music from artists including Tiago, Downtown Party Network, Max Essa, Hardway Brothers, Justin Robertson, Social Disco Club, Midlake, Smith & Mudd, Mushrooms Project, and Craig Bratley, Leo Mas, Sorcerer as well as breaking new artists such as The Project Club, Giulio Dj, Ahiki, Rompante, and Pharao Black Magic, Daniel Whitehead. 
Is it Balearic? also boasts a list of remixers that reads like a who’s who of the current Balearic music scene: from Norways dub disco legend Rune Lindbaek, Belgiums world renowned Aeroplane, to underground pioneers such as Andrew Weatherall, Hardway Brothers, Phoreski, Pacific Horizons, Time & Space Machine, Prins Thomas, The Backwoods, Last Waltz, Begin… (the list goes on)...
