Following much loved & acclaimed vol 1 & 2, La Belle Records introduces the third One Night Stands chapter. One shiny and pop record which will hopefully melt your heart.

Time has passed since vol 2, yet the electronic scene seems to get better and better. Just as the styles of music presented on One Night Stands 3 with its combination of analogue goodness, space dubs, synthetic pop, opulent dancefloor rhythms, tribal grooves, and experimentations that creates a magical vibe & atmosphere. All brought together by the friends and colleagues that Golden Bug invited here.

Among them, a whole batch of french artists : Vega Voga (Narumi from Tristesse Contemporaine), Sébastopol, Bot’Ox (with Anna Jean’s wonderful voice), Alan Braxe (delivering his best modular game, bringing in the outstanding Yvonne la Nuit’s voice), Tim Paris (kicking some trip hop opera beats) or Jaquomo (cooking some exotic rhythms). Plus as always fresh and established projects like Azaria (hypnotic and voodoo spanish friend, more to come on La Belle), In Fields (collaborating once again with Golden Bug and Phoebe Coco), Hot Spell (eternal La Belle homie always present to make you dance) and finally the swedish Rickard Jäverling (acing the end with a gentle but very shiny melody).

All of their contributions were specially composed for ONS3 : music moves feet. Feet do dance. Dance brings joy.

Thursday Wake-Up Dance

The debut release from hot new Glasgow label Curriculum Vital comes from none other than its founder Vital Spark.
Written and recorded during the cold harsh Scottish winter, Diskoteket is the antithesis of the long dark nights, exuding positive vibes and playfulness.
On the A-side, the EP's title track Diskoteket pays homage to our neighbours across the North Sea, whilst the A2 Leijonat looks even further east, an imagined anthem to its namesake.
The B-side opens up with Stone Of Destiny, a Eurodance channelling banger dedicated to a certain watering hole in Glasgow's West End. Those who know, know...Finally the record finishes with Pace Yourself, a straight up peak time club cut with a gentle reminder to take it easy once in a while.
With Diskoteket, Vital Spark provides a modern take on the classic sounds of genres like Italo Disco and Eurodance - big synths, liberal use of arpeggiators and just the right amount of nostalgia.

Space Commander Emesh/AMS is the next legend on our show, and he comes with a very chilled-out and relaxing space trip! Emesh is the project of Antonio Muñoz where he unleashes his creativity in the music production of different genres: electronic, ambient, slow trance, idm. He comes from the beautiful region of La Alcarria in Spain. Since 2013 on Sendero Records, he has been delivering a quite diverse range of sound to the listener, sometimes danceable, sometimes calming, more metallic, more organic, and always inspiring. Antonio is both a musician and therapist. His musical influences owe much to the pop and electronics of the 80s when he started working as resident Dj at Deadly club in Brihuega (Guadalajara-Spain) about 9 years. From there he went to Madrid to do Dj sets in various popular nightspots of the capital like the Circulo de Bellas Artes, Mondo and Maxime between others. At the same time he recorded his firsts own tracks and remixes under the name of Dujay. Since then he has consistently been developing his musical interest attending courses and workshops on music production and learning to play many different instruments such as the piano, flute, oriental percussion, tabla, frame drum, congas and guitar. He also has an interest in shamanism and has learned techniques from various ancient cultures to work with sound for therapeutic purposes. Antonio gives regular sound therapy sessions and concerts using his Tibetan Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum and other ancient instruments. In 2020 one of his tracks has been chosen to enter the program of the London Music Conference and has been invited by the organizers to play a set at the Fabric of London.
