Spanish talent Saul Antolin makes his debut on Black Seven Music with an upbeat two-track EP, Old Skull.

Collecting an impressive slew of respected imprints amongst his release catalogue, Palencia-based DJ/Producer Saul Antolin now adds Black Seven Music to his resume with an impressive debut release on the label.

Opening the release, the title track ‘Old Skull’ greets you with pumping drums and fizzing percussive layers atop pulsating sub-bass drive. Its reeling arrangement of swirling vocal chops and subtle melodic licks are orbited by an endless stream of creative fills and piercing FX, adding limitless character from start to finish.

The release closes out on ‘Next’, toning down the intensity and focusing on stripped back grooves from the outset. Rhythmic sub-bass bounces alongside punchy kicks and layered hat grooves whilst carefully placed percussive factors fill space between the mix. The track rides an engaging ebb and flow of vocal sampling and well constructed peaks and troughs as it flows from one end of its perfectly terrace-focused journey to the other.

Born in Madrid, in 2003 Some Too Suspect began mixing vinyls. In 2006 was his first professional gig.

Along his career, he has had the opportunity to play at many clubs in Spain and some clubs in Europe as Dj resident.

He's currently in charge of So Funk Agency, the first Jackin & Chicago House Djs Agency in Spain (with artist as Stacy Kidd, Jason Hodges, Bonetti, Joss Moog, Hatiras, Vincent Caira, Hotmood, Mark Funk...) and So Funk Records, Underground Jackin & Chicago House Music Label, supported by the best House Music Producers.

Some Too Suspect has released in world famous record labels as I! Records, Purveyor, Too Many Rules, Brobot, Moodyhouse, Lutefisk, Let Me Know, House & Chips!, Dustpan, OTMR, Groovy Riddim, Plastik People, Bid Muzik, Odour... among others.
