And another! One Eye Witness rounds up 4 more acts to deliver the latest instalment of their V/A series, WITNESS07. The EP brings together names from across Europe: here fresh faces — the likes of Bristol’s JoeLy — rub shoulders with more established dancefloor exponents such as SameSame from Germany and Rome’s Christopher Ledger, all utilising the hypnotic tech house aesthetic championed by O.E.W.

Young Adults’ “It’s Only Temporary” kicks the EP into gear, a perky cut loaded with bounce. The The Hague duo employ a rubbery bassline and sound palette with plenty of boing, whilst working in a playful nod to a certain 1997 Loveparade anthem. Christopher Ledger gets classy on “Change That”, its slinky, steady break keeping hips in motion whilst tricky dubwise FX swirl across the stereo field. JoeLy slows things down and reigns it in with “Transitional”: beneath the filter sweeps, a seductive, sliding acid bassline is accompanied by augmented 303 action. As punchy as it is textural, the fittingly titled “Novel End” by SameSame seems draped in gauze — delicate drones wrap the drums in a soft cocoon, offering something a little more cerebral. WITNESS07: A tech house Tour de Europe, brought to you by Amsterdam’s all-seeing eye!

Marcos was a protégé of one of Uruguay’s most inspirational DJs - DJ Koolt and learnt his craft with him. We welcome Marcos with this fantastic 4 tracker to Subsequent.

The EP is packed with 4 tracks showcasing that South American style techno that we all know and love, and provides the perfect soundtrack to dance under the light of the moon. 

On the B2, Cymatix co-founder Anah brings us track ‘Juno’ which features a vocal sample of a man fondly speaking about his furry friend. Cleverly manipulated vocal grooves, eery soundscapes and gliding bass melodies transport us into a scene straight from a sci-fi novel.

Scattered across different cities, Ildec, Adrien Calvet, Ragwa, Charleze, and Karaba were each lost in their own world of sound. They had never met, but their music carried the same energy, the same pulse.

Ildec sat in his small apartment, twisting knobs under neon lights, crafting deep, hypnotic synths. Adrien Calvet was in a basement studio, layering drums that echoed the heartbeat of the city. Somewhere else, Ragwa slipped on her headphones, weaving dreamy melodies that felt like an escape from time. Charleze was surrounded by vinyl records, blending old and new with effortless finesse, while Karaba sculpted rhythms that demanded movement, turning beats into pure energy.

They didn’t know each other well, but their tracks found their way onto the same record. And when someone dropped the needle on the vinyl, everything connected. Despite the distance, inside the music, it was always safer—just sound, just light, just the night.

Kiwa's 'Ácido Infinito' is a nostalgic track that honours the old school acid house scene of the late 80s/90s, using a similar style of sounds to create an atmosphere to rival the warehouses from yesteryear. The track will satisfy your acid craving with a prominent acid line present throughout, and varying breaks to lower energy and increase tension, and before you know it, thrusting you back into the heart of the track.

Spinning Beats returns for their next sort after release. Debuting his first solo EP, up this time is Dutch producer Fabio Santos - A chunky and not to be messed with release. Providing gritty basslines, monstruous drums and steel-sharped hats on the A-side combined with the contrasting B-side providing more of a warpy and funky cut, the addictive soundclash vocal will have it stuck in your mind bringing you back uncontrollably  for weeks.

The remix by underground legend Scott Diaz, provides a unique and down and dirty look on 'Check This Out' bringing back those rock-solid kicks and chunky basslines this one is made for the heads down crowd.
