Version 3: Spent more time adjusting vocals moving pitches around, mid brought up a tad in eq

The 2nd half of 2nd verse got more touch up work, extended the bass a bit, and left smaller pockets of openness. Made the drums do more here. Added some pan automation 

Added a new kick drum to the first verse




Version 2:
Made fairly large changes the the 2nd half of the second verse.
Made percussive adjustments throughout
Re-recorded first verse vocals
Applied a more aggressive pitch adjust to vocal style
boosted vocals overall
Still a few changes i didnt fit in today i want to do.

Current version is - Version 11: more eq changes to try to bring out the vocal better and cleaner, im basically spinning my wheels at this point and am going to let it rest here. 

 Version 10: I put a HIKU VST, and a few other light mastering effects on the Master in reason (first time ive done this) im not sure how i feel about it yet, going to let it sit like this for a bit. I did still run it into LANDR after this.

Version 9 : Very light changes throughout - slight eq adjustments, vocal fx adjustments, drum punchiness adjustments, all fairly small tweaks.

Version 8: Fixed a popping / clip in first verse, accidentally muted a chorus vocal layer in version 7 - undid that

Version 7 - boosted vocal volume by around 1.5-2 db depending on the layer

Version 6: Just some light vocal fx and layering adjustments from version 5. Dealing with some harsher tones in the vocal.

Version 5 - Brought out the vocal harmonies a little more - I think they got lost a little when compression was brought down. Adjusted bass compression a tiny bit, added single floor tom hit to ending.

Version 4 - significantly reduced compression effects on vocals - i think i like the more natural sound better. Added distortion bass layer to chorus to bring out the notes of the ultra low layer more.


Version 3 - undid the low low bass for the intro (it sounded bad) - more stuff added to 2nd chorus (a low sax, a high hat, more claps). Changed the bass tone again a little in the verses - Im looking for balance between a prominent bass-forward sound - and not getting in the way at all of the vocal. Added some light floor tom usage. Added ride crash sound right before the bass solo.


Version 2: Decided to take at the buddog whooshing sound that ran across the track (sorry buddog!) - i liked the cleaner sound with it removed. Bass sound adjustments, vocal processing adjustments, light cowbell added to solo section, an extra kick layer added to solo section.  Changed LANDR mastering settings. 

Version 1:   Added more vocal layers and adjusted where in the EQ they sit some. Added formant shifts to one layer. Added a new drum layer to the bass solo section. Added a robot vocal guy for the last of the 2nd verse. Made drums punchier, compressed main bass line. LR Pan automation added to wobbly synth.

WIP / Feedback Phase: 
Got feedback from IMF discord and Reddit. Adjusted with several changes over 2 days.

WIP V4: Added new new vocal layer that is a copy of the primary but pitched down an octave and EQ'ed for more low end tones to fill the range of the vocal more in the eq spectrum.  Added another take layer to the 2nd chorus.

V3 - Misc updates HIKU VST added to EVERYTHING - also more compressors, light reverb on one bass layer for the solo

V2- Added some more low end to the vocals, misc compression around the track.
