A desire to go beyond boundaries to claim ownership of Somniac One's vast stylistic range – and to make you dance – is at the heart of Somniverse. Expect effective hardcore bangers, techno bangers, cross-over bangers. Bangers, pretty much, and the occasional tame B-side.

Deer in the Headlights is the first release on Somniverse and features two Somniac One productions that directly relate to the kind of sets she is playing to hardcore and techno audiences – always with the idea to draw fans from one scene into the other. Arp Track #1 is a classic piece of slowly unfolding, muscular and subtly euphoric techno, while MNDKNTRL on the flipside harkens back to some of the best moments in dark millennium hardcore.

Somniac One is a Lithuanian techno and industrial hardcore producer, DJ, and label owner. Somniac One's sound is intense, atmosphere-driven and technically precise. Her signature kicks, combined with distinct and innovative sound design have made her one of the most respected contemporary artists in underground music. This EP showcases her signature blend of intense and (mostly) dark techno, highlighting the creative freedom that comes with running her own label. With carefully crafted synth lines, dramatic pads, and hard-hitting drums, the record draws from a wide range of influences, including classic hard trance, UK rave, speedcore, and even actual techno! Perfect for a sweaty night out or a tearful night in.

Somniac One is a Lithuanian producer, DJ and label owner, known for her intense, atmospheric sound and razor-sharp precision. Fusing techno and industrial hardcore, her signature kicks and forward-thinking sound design have earned her a strong reputation in the underground.

She began producing music at 13 and has released on respected imprints like Perc Trax, PRSPCT, RAW, Ghostly International, Love Hz, Meta4, and her own label, Somniverse.

Equally rooted in both techno and hardcore, Somniac One moves fluidly between genres. Her hybrid approach to DJing has taken her to major festivals including Dominator, Awakenings, Soenda, Bang Face, DGTL, Dream Nation, Astropolis and Defqon.1, as well as to iconic club spaces like Tresor and RSO in Berlin, De School in Amsterdam, Kompass in Belgium, Fold in London and Boiler Room.

This mix was recorded late at night at Manufaktur studio in Paris using four CDJs and a Pioneer DJM mixer. The track selection leans into melody and texture, guiding the listener on a trancey, late-night journey. True to her style, the set shifts through different moods and shades of techno — from dark and brooding to bright and euphoric, with moments of delicacy, playfulness, and full-throttle energy.

Somniac One's fourth EP for PRSPCT XTRM is a love song to hardcore of yore, featuring two nostalgic original tracks and a hellfire remix of Party In My Head anthem 'Kill Everyone' by the one and only Deathmachine.

Somniac One's intense atmospheres and sledgehammer kicks get a euphoric lick on 'The Grand Awokening', a tribute to the millennium hardcore sound this industrial warrior was raised on. 'Hard Synths '92' meanwhile takes cues from even further back down the timeline, marrying early rave stabs and sentiment with Somniac One's thoroughly modern sound design and identifiable signature.

Technically skilled and hard as nails, Deathmachine then breaks the back of Somniac One's much loved 2018 banger 'Kill Everyone', delivering a crossbreed mutant remix that's gonna slay dance floors all over again.
