Breaking through in 2016, Natasha is no stranger to the underground scene. Her early days, encompassing a wide spectrum of Funky House through to Techno, saw her become a household name whilst moulding her signature sound.

Now described as dark and driving, Natasha has sculpted a unique spin to the system, soon securing residencies with renowned brands such as We Are The Brave, Con7rol and Motion Bristol, illustrating her far-reaching appeal, the eminent Motion has become her second home where she plays throughout the year.

Billed with the likes of Alan Fitzpatrick, Boxia, Charlotte Di Witte, Dense & Pika, SLAM and more, Natasha is an ever-evolving act that is sure to release records later this year.

Natasha joins The Bloc for her debut EP, a 3 track assortment with remixes from UK's Rhys Maxwell and Mac N Dan.

The Bristol-based regular of Motion can be found DJing the UK circuits and supporting some incredible headline acts. Accompanying her work in the clubs, Natasha has been building her skills in the studio. It is a pleasure to feature her first full outing entitled Nothingness. The opening, name-sake 'Nothingness' is a dark, simplistic beast of a track. The vacuum left by the breakdown soon passes with an acid line that slaps around the face. 'Open Your Eyes' continues the ominous tone of the EP with a pitched, rumbling kickdrum underlaying a sinister and twitchy hook. The 3rd piece entitled 'Feel No Pain' deliverers more simplistic but effective melodic patterns set amongst Natasha's percussive rhythm. 

Mac N Dan are returning this week, the second time at The AudioBloc and a welcomed return for their remix of Nothingness. Big build-ups are in store as you'd expect from the boys of Northern Ireland. Also returning is Rhys Maxwell for his interpretation of Open Your Eyes. Recently featuring on Zeca and Respekt, Rhys is dialing up the tempo and the industrial tones rounding off the EP this week.

Stiv Hey is back on Unrilis with his first solo EP for the label having previously featured on a mixed artist EP released by the imprint.

A rising star of the Italian techno scene, Stiv Hey has been steadily rising through the ranks with his releases on labels including Spektre's Respekt, Spartaque's Codex and Dubfire's SCI+TEC. 

Already playing regular DJ gigs across Europe, this four track EP is testament to Stiv Hey's innate intuition of how to work a dance floor.

'Engage' opens the release with a thundering bassline and pulsating rhythms, before the dark and stripped back groove of 'Sonder' ramps up the tension. Tearing out the speakers are the epic pads of 'Techniques' and boxing off the EP is an intense intro mix of Engage.
