Infamous bluesman Son of Dave has announced the second single from his forthcoming ‘Blues At The Grand’ LP. Released on 25th November ‘We Goin Out’, a disco-blues number with Son of Dave’s distinctive style stamped all over it, features Son of Dave on vocal, drums, bass, guitar, percussion, backing vocals, beatbox and of course the harmonica. Naomi Yhap provides the female backing vocals.     

After working with Steve Albini on his previous LP ‘Shake A Bone’ Son of Dave turned to Jimmy Hogarth, a rhythm and blues fan with writing and production credits on countless monster-smashes by the likes of Amy Winehouse, James Morrison and Corrine Bailey Rae.  

Finishing off the festival season with performances at Festival No. 6 and Bestival, Son of Dave hits the road again in November for a full UK tour that includes a headline show at London’s Borderline on 23rd November.  

‘Blues At The Grand’ is released 4th November.
