It's not an everyday release we have this time on Truesounds Music. We got this demo package straight from the Indonesian capital, and after road testing it for a while, we were happy to sign it.

Nowadays it is a big challenge to produce something extraordinary in the highly saturated melodic house and techno genre, but Apsara managed to do that! Welcome on board miss!

Another cool thing about the release is, that it is a great example of how female artists are not only successful behind the decks, but also when it comes to producing.

The three-track EP contains three outstanding melodic house & techno originals, and they don't really require any introduction. You decide if we were right or not.

We wish great success in the future for Apsara. There is no doubt you will hear from her again!

From Tokyo to San Francisco and now to Jakarta, Apsara’s mind-blowing DJ sets has become an addiction to dance music fans everywhere she goes. Whether it is an underground rave in the San Francisco Bay Area, megaclubs like Stadium Jakarta, or the grand stage of Tomorrowland, her unique style and sound has given many people a memorable dance floor experience.

This Japanese born DJ is a natural born DJ, a complete DJ that can truly shake a dance floor. She began her career by spending many hours on the dance floor as a clubber, but this once proud California raver always knew that one day she's going to be in the DJ booth commanding the dance floor. Not long after her first gig in San Francisco in 2009, her career took flight and travelled around the world performing in nightclubs and festivals such as Tomorrowland (BE), Djakarta Warehouse Project (ID), SHVR Festival (ID), Ruby Skye (SF, USA), 1015 (SF, USA), Avalon (LA, USA), Stadium Jakarta (ID), Womb (JP), Air (JP), Akrham (CH), Jiro (MY), Time (PH), Jenja (ID), Blast! (TH) and many others.

As a producer, she has tracks released under Beatfreak Limited, Crash!, Safe Music, ZeroThree Music(toolroom), Diesis Records, Plus Records, Apulia Records Moonshake Records and many more coming.

Currently a resident of the party capital of South East Asia, Jakarta, she’s a regular at many Indonesia nightclubs. Make sure to catch her ‘After Dark’ radio Show every month at Frisky Radio, where you can hear Apsara shares new tracks from underground producers from around the globe.

Stacey Essene started spinning in 1994 while going to college in Pittsburgh, Pa. Entering the scene as Junglist he cut his teeth in mixing Amen Break heavy Jungle tracks, and fell in love with electronic music as a whole. Over the years his taste changed from Jungle to House to Trance to Break Beats and Future Jungle. Known for his mulit-genre talents and sets, he currently plays up and down the east coast of the US. When booked for broken beats such as Jungle, Future Jungle or Break Beats, ect. he goes by the persona D'Solja, When playing house he is know by his name, Stacey Essene. In 2014 he began producing his own tracks leading to multiple releases in 2015 on such labels as Tatva Records, The Seed, Experimental Bass Records, Faction Digital Recordings, and BTB Music Works.
