Nicht udo-kay, nicht ufer geil, sondern der typ aus der Zukunft. Es gibt kaum Menschen die *retro* so formvollendet verkörpern wie er. Irgendwo schonmal da gewesen, kommt der Guy de UFO zurück, um uns mit PlusQuamPerfekt zu erleuchten - und selbstklettenden sneakerboots aufm hoverboard.

Er war schonmal da, er hat sie gesehen! Die vollendete Zukunft - und für uns servierfertig abportioniert.

Früher noch als @lokalhelden-dd mit den floppies (@fffloppy) uvm. geparty-feiert; heute als stabiler "stabibi" habibi ist er Club Paula Resident (@pauladresden) und begleitet, sowie kuratiert da das geladene Programm mit Licht&Ton.

Zum Glück tritt er nun die Meisterklasse an und verbimmelt die Massen mit trippy DarkWaveNuDisco-sounds aus seiner eigenen Feder

It's more than 5 years, when I attended my first real techno party.
I was with around 8 friends over there .
The atmosphere was very fun. The music was pushing me to greater love and more tenderness.
It gave me the meaning of a new beginning for a new journey, which I was not that deep in.
My feet were touching the floor in a way I didn't even understand what was happening.
The eight were somehow one energy.
We were one!!
Since that day, from the way my body, consciousness, subconscious, mind and how i felt the dance, movement, voice, music, melody, bass, drum, sound and so on, I've discovered that I can't stop thinking about that night.
Since that day I couldn't stop going parties at least 3 times a month and I do enjoy the fact that the Techno community is just so peaceful and helpful to each other.
From the beginning, Techno was my ideal way to address many of the stories and issues that I carried with me, in my daily life and from my past etc.

From the beginning, I had a great passion and a special relationship with every rhythm, every voice, every song, with all those whispers that fill the background of every track.
Here I am standing in front of you in #Junkyard in #Dortmund throw my #Set to give you the same feeling, energy and vibe that I received since those days.
Memories that remained buried in my present.. inhale from them my spontaneity, my energy, my existence and my understanding of many things.

That was such an amazing great night with u ppl <3

ABOUT THE MIX:

I originally created this mix in October at Breidenbach Studios for their 10th anniversary. Since this venue is one of my favorites in Heidelberg, I collected all my favorite songs of the last year to give everybody a happy time on the dance floor. <3

It also represents in a way my development as a DJ - combining “the old” with “the new” because I started incorporating different genres that you probably wouldn't associate with the disco sound I usually play and have been listening to a lot lately. But don’t worry, you will get a lot of disco as well. Let yourselves be surprised and I hope you like the podcast as much as I do.

ABOUT YOU AS AN ARTIST

Franziska Frizzante leans heavily on golden-era disco, vocal- and classic house - all in one go & always in for a surprise bag moment. Growing up in the 90s with a huge variety of music genres she listened to excited her selector-mentality to create a fluid and versatile composition that reflects her current state of mind she wants to share with the audience.
