These are voice samples of my songs, they are very rough, just enough for a taste.

Serial Killer Rough Version

Final song in my 8 week challenge, really mellow and melancholic vibes on this one. idea came from the chords of the Ocarina of Time main theme. No trickery on physical synths on this one, all done in FL Studio, mainly on the Korg MonoPoly and Korg PolySix plugins. 
Also my attempt at keeping a mix nice and clean and divided. 

Happy with how these 8 weeks went, even with life getting in the way I still released something every week (even if some aren't on soundcloud or youtube). Most were meh but happy with a couple, and happy with how my mixing improved considerably (I barely used EQ's before this). Also learned that vocals are hard if you can't sing in key.

disguised amongst the more common gum trees, the elusive portal gum awaits curious travellers. sensing bright eyes and a bushy tail, the portal gum whisks the traveller off into a world outside time, initiating a direct confrontation with life itself. upon return to the earthly realm, travellers are unharmed, although not without alterations... most notably, those affected by the portal gum experience a pleasant humming in the ears when still, exhibit distaste around the concepts of ownership/possession and domination, express a persistent desire to share food with people, and become agitated when forced to wear shoes. studies are ongoing.
