Sonic Dash foi um power trio formado em 2010 na Zona Norte de São Paulo, como uma banda de hard rock, posteriormente se consolidaram no Stoner Metal, um gênero ainda emergente com Jimmy Olden como vocalista e guitarrista, Pedro Pinheiro como baixista e Thales Freier como baterista. 

Após dois anos de apresentações a banda lança Deadman Walk em 2014, um disco que representava uma fração de seu repertório e presença. A dissolução aconteceria por divergência de continuidade.

Em 2017 Jimmy Olden se junta a Leonardo Orlando e Guilherme Miranda como uma nova formação da banda, compuseram material novo porém como a dinâmica criativa da banda é completamente diferente, a contunuidade como Sonic Dash não faria sentido algum e em Julho de 2018 eles se tornaram Cleef. Em novembro de 2018, a banda Cleef tem lançado materiais.

Em 2020 Jimmy começou a trabalhar no material não lançado da banda e está planejando lançar como aniversário de 10 anos.
