Here is an exclusive performance from WXPN Studios back in December 1994 featuring all the original members of Dave Matthews Band.

The classic Stompin' Tom Connors song. The song first appeared on Tom's 1973 album, "Stompin' Tom and the Hockey Song" but apparently didn't receive much attention until 1992. This was also on the CD "Nevermind the Bollocks...Here's Alora" which I recorded for my niece on her 1st birthday.

The first night of a 10 night stand at Brendan Byrne Arena at The Meadowlands in New Jersey, 8/5/84 is the first complete recording officially released from Bruce Springsteenís historic Born In The U.S.A. Tour. This was the E Street Bandís first tour with Nils Lofgren on guitar (Stevie Van Zandt had left the band) and Patti Scialfa on vocals and percussion. As with the popular Nassau í80 archive release, Meadowlands í84 was recorded live with the Record Plant Remote Truck by Toby Scott, and the master analog multitrack reels were transferred at Sonicraft and restored via The Plangent Process for maximum audio fidelity. Toby Scott mixed the show for this release in April 2015. The high quality recordings of this show prompted us to offer this release in DSD, an additional high resolution format thatís 64 times the resolution of a standard CD. The show is also available as a 3 CD set and downloadable in MP3, FLAC, and HD audio formats.

Recorded live at Brendan Byrne Arena August 5, 1984 with the Record Plant Remote Truck by Toby Scott, assisted by David Bianco, Jim Scott.

Transferred from 24 track analog tape to PCM at 24 bit / 192kHz at Sonicraft, Freehold NJ by Plangent Processes. Mixed to DSD from the multitrack reels by Toby Scott at Thrill Hill, April 2015, assisted by Rob Lebret. DSD equipment provided by Gus Skinas of Super Audio Center.
