This brought tears to my eyes... a grand but tragic moment well carried by the music.

The way the music climbs towards a climax that is not realised in a crashing crescendo but in more emotionally subtle and complex tones perfectly illustrates that this is not a triumph but a horrendous sacrifice and a crime, and thus suits the complex storytelling of ME extremely well.

In "Arrival," the final DLC for Mass Effect 2, Shepard will travel to the edge of the galaxy, rescue an undercover agent and discover the truth about the Arrival. Admiral Hackett, a favorite of the series, will be playing a prominent role in the new mission. This exciting final mission will act as the bridge for the new upcoming game, ME3.
