The Sound of Chocolate invites people to slow down and to get immersed by their senses. 

By inviting people to taste chocolate in combination with different songs, we want to make them aware on how their senses interact while enjoying food. The scientific basis for this innovative approach is being developed here in Brussels, by one of our colleagues. This unique multisensory journey will be co-designed between chocolatiers, musicians and scientists from Brussels, Belgium.
