The focus of this set centers around fast-paced rhythmic elements from distorted, harrowing basslines and blistering atonal percussion loops which punctuate the silence. These elements are accompanied by gripping sound effects, warped pulses and distorted sequences, dramatic impacts, and captivating drum hits, as well as moody cinematic synths, pads, and atmospheres.

Influences include Atli Örvarsson (Silo), Ben Salisbury and Geoff Barrow (Archive 81),  Tyler Bates and Joel J. Richard (John Wick Chapter 4), Gustavo Santaolalla (The Last of Us), and last but not least Hans Zimmer and Benjamin Wallfisch 
(Bladerunner 2049, Dune).

So, what is TAL-Pha you may ask? It’s a faithful emulation of the Roland Alpha Juno II, an iconic analog synth released in 1985, with the MKS-50 as its rack version. The synth was used by artists like Orbital, Vince Clarke, Faithless, Massive Attack, The Prodigy, Howard Jones and many more.
