The Title track "Get Up Off My Back, Man" speaks to the powers that be about the strangle hold they have on our sisters, brothers, the young and the old.This is a love song feast for the love song lover. Tracks # 4 and # 8 title are "Guess I'll get high by myself again", but don't worry because this is about the "love" high. The rest of this project is about being in love or in the pain that sometimes come after the love is gone. Love song's will never see old age as long as  people are still falling in love.
