She has been boxing since 2008. Currently coaching PAR Parkinson's clients, Power Punch Parkinson's, for the past two years. Recently expanded coaching to the general populous.

Boxing is a passion of mine because it challenges both mental and physical faculties. It helps people overcome self imposed limitations while simultaneously strengthening our will to fight. 

I love helping people learn and persevere through their obstacles. Boxing, a modality of medicine, and an incredible art form for discipline and defense.
