The song was featured in a cyberpunk web anime series adaptation "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners", but the track was originally made for Cyberpunk 2077's radio station "96.1 Ritual FM".

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is a 2022 Polish–Japanese cyberpunk web anime series based on the video game Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projekt Red. The series was animated by Studio Trigger under the supervision of CD Projekt and premiered on Netflix in September 2022. Set in the Cyberpunk universe created by Mike Pondsmith, the anime serves as a prequel to the game and takes place about a year before the events of Cyberpunk 2077.

I decided to upload the song here due to the sudden removal of the song more than 3 months ago from every streaming service it was on (Spotify, iTunes, YouTube etc.).

The issue is still unknown, but there are two theories going around: the band (The National) took down the song themselves, or it could be an issue with distribution rights.

"Exile Vilify" is a song by indie rock band the National, written for the video game Portal 2 and released as a stand-alone single.
