I had a casual look
Just for a little fun
But the minute that I saw her
I knew she was the one

I sent her an email
Didn't expect a reply
But then "You've got mail"
She said "Hey, you're my guy"

I sent her a little photo
Edited it in Photoshop
Grabbed a pic of Everest
And put myself on top

She said "Wow look at you
"Sitting way up there
"I want to come and visit
"But there's something I must share..."

I said "What is it honey?
"You can tell me anything
"Maybe when you visit
"I'll buy you a diamond ring"

She said "I'm really sorry,
"I should have told you this up front
"I need you to send money
"Sorry to be so blunt"

I said "Hey no problem,
"You know that I have money
"But what do you need the cash for,
"Won't you tell me honey?"

She said "Well, it's my father
"He needs constant care
"If I can't afford a carer
"I won't be able to visit there"

So I sent her a sum of money
She said "($)10,000 will do"
I said "Money is no object -
"All I care about is you"

She said "Then won't you please
"Do one more thing for me
"Send money for my flight
"Then with me you will be"

I sent her ($)3,000 more
And waited for her to arrive
But I never heard another word!
Was she still alive!?!

I contacted the police
They said "She's actually a guy!"
This whole relationship
Has been nothing but a lie!

So this is an almost finished track that I was working on, but didn't get a chance to finish due to my computer getting stolen. All I have is this work in progress mp3.

It's pretty much as 'mainstream' and commercial as I get and I think it has a very nice sound. Enjoy!
