I wrote this song some time ago, after listening to the musician Ally Kemp. I was full of admiration, and then realised I was also feeling something less pleasant - Jealousy. 
I started thinking how though we might be inspired by someone, we should also always value ourselves. our differences, our uniqueness, our own worth.

Dazzled

Sonya is a singer songwriter playing acoustic guitar.  Her writing ranges from roots type ballads; known for their emotive, thought provoking lyrics, to songs with a drive and beat, drawing on blues and country-rock traditions.  She's known for her distinctive, wide ranging, soulfull and lyrical vocals; variously described as ‘ Throaty Soulful Blues ’, 'Mesmerising' to the unadulterated ‘ Voice of an Angel’. Sonya plays widely across Shropshire & Mid Wales from mellow restaurants to lively bars and at numerous festivals including Landed, Ludlow Fringe and the International Music Eisteddfod in Llangollen for many years.
