"Something peculiar as far as the Newonce radio is concerned, because we didn't expect a reggae/dub podcast. And yet! Jaszol Roots Revival will travel from Jamaica, through the UK to France and sometimes as far as Japan or New Zealand. From 60s numbers to yet unreleased pre-releases and dubplates. Dub it!" 

This was the description of the ongoing series of radio shows on Newonce radio hosted by Jaszol Roots Revival. The broadcast series ended about two years ago, but the feedback was so good that we decided to revive the topic. 

Revival presents a slightly revamped version of 'Dub it' in the form of regular recordings with our participation. You can call it an audition, broadcast, podcast, mixtape or just a musical reaction to reality by Roots Revival Soundsystem. There will be a bit of talk, a bit of laughter, a bit of history and, of course, a lot of music. Everything goes. 

Initially, the recording will be available on SoundCloud and talawa.fr. We'll try to bring you material like this 'relatively regularly' over the next year and of course we encourage you to check it out, comment and pass the info to your friends. The first recording is already available! Just hit the button!

“Coś osobliwego, jeśli chodzi o antenę newonce, bo podcastu reggae/dub się nie spodziewaliśmy. A jednak! Jaszol Roots Revival będzie podróżował z Jamajki, przez UK do Francji, a czasem aż do Japonii czy Nowej Zelandii. Od numerów z lat 60-tych po jeszcze nie wydane pre-releasy i dubplaty. Dub it!” 

Taki był opis trwającej chwilę serii audycji radiowych w Newonce radio prowadzonej przez Jaszola. Akcja zakończyła się około 2 lata temu, ale feedback był na tyle spory, że postanowiliśmy wskrzesić temat. 

Revival prezentuje nieco odświeżoną wersję ‘Dub it’ w formie regularnych nagrywek z naszym udziałem. Możecie nazywać to audycją, podcastem, mixem lub po prostu muzycznym reagowaniem na rzeczywistość z naszym udziałem. Będzie trochę gadania, trochę śmiechu, trochę historii i oczywiście sporo muzyki. Everything goes. 

Na początku nagrywka będzie dostępna na SoundCloud i talawa.fr. Postaramy się dostarczać wam taki materiał ‘względnie regularnie’ w przyszłym roku i oczywiście zachęcamy was do sprawdzenia tematu, komentowania i przekazywania info dalej. Pierwsza nagrywka już dostępna - linki w komentarzu!

"The Mood" is the result of a meeting such as those that exist during Sound Systems sessions, or exchanges in the darkest hours of the night in the studio... For this 75th release in Free Download on Culture Dub Records, highlighting two young French artists passionate about Reggae and Dub: Prince François Far I and ShaYaman, who together offer a fresh, original riddim, intended to be shared, with its sung, Dub and instrumental versions, but also a Remix by their accomplice Owl Trackers!

"A Sound System-oriented track, 'The Mood' is the riddim resulting from numerous experiments and influences that hold us... 2 years of research to arrive at this UFO that will land directly "In the Brain" ..."

A musician and composer of Roots Music, Prince François Far I has been sharing his saxophonist's breath in Sound Systems sincehis youngest age. Logically launching into production, his compositions are scattered from Dubplates to Dubplates, among the different crews he met around the Jah Highway: Natural Tribulation, Alpha B, Wise Up, Raw Paradigm, Dub Dealing, 48roots, Maka Saiga and Karabasse among others!

ShaYaman is a Reggae, Dub producer affiliated with Maka Saiga Sound, a regular at Reggae sessions in the Grenoble area (grrr Dub Session, Summer Vibes, Alpin'Dub...)! He started producing in 2017 in order to feed the Sound's selection, ranging from UK Dub to more Roots compositions, ShaYaman draws his inspiration from artists such as Gaudí, Lee Scratch Perry, or Zion Train!

"In the Mood, recorded and mixed at At Inner Caves Studio, is also our tribute to King Lee Scratch Perry, who taught us that Dub, or more broadly Reggae, is a creative space with ambiguous boundaries..."

"The Mood" est le fruit d'une rencontre artistique comme il en existe au cours de sessions Sound Systems, ou d'échanges aux plus grandes heures de la nuit en studio... C'est le cas pour cette 75ème sortie en Free Download du label Culture Dub Records, mettant en avant deux jeunes artistes français passionnés de Reggae et de Dub : Prince François Far I et ShaYaman, qui proposent ensemble un riddim frais, original, à vocation d'être partagé, avec ses versions chantée, Dub et instrumentale, mais aussi un Remix de leur complice Owl Trackers !

Built like a documentary set to blades and choirs, this record fuses Christian Rock • Deathcore • Nu-Metal • Symphonic/Cinematic metal with trap-core pulses, Latin chants, and battlefield drums. It’s Caesar’s story told in real dates, real battles, real consequences — and the mirror it holds to our present.

Across Italy, Greece, Egypt, and Hispania, the album follows the rise, the civil war (49–45 BC), the dictatorship (46–44 BC), the Ides of March (44 BC), the vengeance at Philippi (42 BC), and the legacy that crowns Augustus. This is historical metal, just blood, law, and destiny.
