The Window Pain

Sophia is a musical artist who is currently trying to perfect her skills in guitar, cajon and vocal performance.  She began playing seriously when she picked up the clarinet in junior high.  Under amazing band director Pamela Hofe, her understanding of (and appreciation for) music blossomed.  Shortly afterwards, Sophia decided she wanted to learn how to play guitar.  On a cheap Sears electric, she began to understand the basics of what makes the guitar such a responsive, versatile and beautiful instrument.  It was not until years later, that she decided to make a serious effort of learning the instrument and playing songs in their entirety with the expression they deserved.  Along the way, Sophia was blessed enough to learn about basic music theory at The University of Memphis, take vocal lessons and work with bands and other music industry folks in the realm of concert production.  Every day, "the saga continues."
