FADAR is a new alias founded by ABSTRACTIVE MIND, who just became a father. FADAR means ‘father’ in Ancient Nordic. 

Fadar aims to create stories through his music that are rooted from deep down in earth. His sounds are recognized as dark and obscure, with waves of energy and deep rhythms with atmospheric sounds.

AHIL is a techno DJ based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
His sound can be described as rolling, layered with hypnotic elements combined with heavy-hitting kicks. He is always aiming to blend the different elements together in the best way possible, to create a really tense and hypnotic atmosphere.
Lately he is been attracted to the more hypnotic and dark side of techno, heavily influenced by labels like Modularz, Edit Select, NON Series, Faut Section to new a few.

“This particular mix was created just after a visiting Berlin, late 2021. I went here with some friends to fulfill my desire to dance in a dark and sweaty club. It contains a lot of hypnotic elements combined with heavy-hitting kicks, just how I like it the most when I’m on a dancefloor. The only thing you can do is find your rhythm and dance to it”

Live recording of my new live set at Tresor (microphone recording from the dj booth)
Sorry for the sound quality, unfortunately, i didn't get the right setting on the recorder to record the audio of the set.

What you are listening to is what i hear behind the booth at Tresor when i play  the set. I find it nice to share it as it catches the vibe of the party , what we ususally don t get from a standard set recording. 

This was the first time playing this live set, and the first time playing at Tresor. I m so happy and grateful for all of you who show up. 

This live set project started in summer 2022 when I saw Boston 168 live at Berghain, it makes me realize how much i miss playing live. It s also inspired by artists I saw play live recently: Marcel Dettmann, Rico Loop, and Les Fils De Palazo, who inspired me with new ideas on how to perform live and gave me the energy to sit in the studio and get this live set ready. 

What you are listening to is the version of the live set that matches the vibe of Tresor, the room, and the sound system, and connects with the crowd in the club. Each live set is unique. 

To play live again is a really special and amazing feeling, i am very happy to have made this step, and i feel ready and extied  to play live again in the future.  if you are interested to invite me, you can get in touch at moog.c@elektrotribe.com

Sophie Bruin, born in 1998, cherishes the memories of her childhood when techno and house music would fill her living room and car rides. These moments provided her with a sense of empowerment as a little girl, fueled by the heavy beats and grooves of the music. As a result she started playing on a set in the basement of her home at sixteen. Today she performs at various events and venues such as ADE, Mystic Garden, Deviate, Club Atelier, Club BASIS, Tuinfeest,  Nachtcollege, and Sneeuwbal Festival.

She delivers intense kicks and grooves that have a powerful impact on the listener, sending waves of adrenaline surging through the body. With each beat, the senses are being awakened, heightening the listener's awareness and preparing them for action. The wild and crazy melodies, energy, and atmosphere of the music create a sense of both excitement and unease, tapping into the listener's intuition and strengthening it. In this way, Sophie's music transcends the boundaries of the physical and emotional, creating an immersive experience that connects with the listener on a primal level and leaves a lasting impression that endures long after the music has ended. Together with the energy of the public it becomes a unique set.

Each time she plays, she creates a new chapter in this tale, adding to the story of a young girl whose love for house and techno became a passion that ignited the hearts of all who heard her play.
