'Note To Self' is based on a drug fuelled relationship that has really taken it's toll on the couple. It has an upbeat tempo and sounds fun when it's really talking about a whirl wind of drug abuse and feeling like you're falling out of of control.

This song was written for a friend who is battling with cancer for the 3rd time and is only in his mid twenties. He is the strongest person I know. He never lets it get in the way of making the most out of life. He is a true Aussie and I wanted to write him a song that was uplifting and told him we were all here for him while reminding him of all the crazy and fun things he has done.
