I had a lot to do for school and my music, but I wasn’t really doing anything. I felt overwhelmed and didn’t have motivation even though I knew I had a lot to get done. I also noticed I was drawn to social media – felt addicted to it – and was spending a lot of time scrolling and watching videos. I was feeling annoyed because I noticed this but was still doing it. It’s hard to stop sometimes. This song offers hope to people of better days to come.

When asked what her music is about, Sophie says, “I turn feelings into art.”

Sophie hopes when you listen to her songs you feel understood and know you are not alone. Sophie also wants you to know that no matter what you're going through, things always get better.
