Arcana (of the Lich Queen)

Sorrowseed is an extreme melodic death metal band formed in 2009, drawing inspiration from such bands as Opeth, Cradle of Filth, Amorphis, Black Sabbath, Dimmu Borgir, and Rotting Christ.  Their first release, a double-disc album entitled "The Extinction Prophecies" sold over a thousand copies and was positively reviewed by many local publications, including Boston's "The Weekly Dig", "The Noise", and others.  The song "Eldritch Hunger" received play on BOS 92.9 in 2010.
The band has completeled 2 tours of the Northeast region of the United States and released their second apocalyptic tale of doom,  "Nemesis Engine" in 2013.
