With a deep and often haunting sonic sound, Dubfounds intricate production record stretches back more than a decade to when he first made his mark with his co-founded label Tobus. Building his signature style over the following years, he has amassed an incredible discography of mind-bending, weapons-grade releases that have the ability to transport listeners to strange and exotic places. That list includes reputed underground imprints like @sleep-is-commercial, @mayakrec, PLEASURE ZONE (@dbh-music), @therehtoside, @rawax-chiwax-housewax & @amam-2. An impressive testament to Dubfounds production prowess.

Looking ahead, we eagerly await his next outing on @modeight-records, which is teased in this mix and will surely add another feather to his burgeoning discographic cap when released. But for now, we dive deep into Dubfounds universe with a 70-minute mix of his own productions.

Actor destacado de la escena electrónica francesa, Damien es un DJ / productor de los proyectos Timid Boy y Damien Almira, organizador y fundador de los sellos Time Has Changed un emblema del renacimiento del house, colaborando con artistas como Oxia, Barem, Mihai Popoviciu, Dennis Cruz y Matthias Meyer, TBM y Almira Records. Inmerso en la música desde su infancia, Damien estudió piano durante diez años en el conservatorio. Se enamoró de la música electrónica en los años 90 y comenzó a mezclar en los clubes de su ciudad natal, Montpellier.

Después de su éxito en Paris, Timid Boy comenzó a presentarse en todo el mundo: Panorama Bar, Watergate o Bar 25 en Berlín, Fuse en Bruselas, Heart Ibiza, Pacha Barcelona, Papaya Playa Tulum, D-Edge São Paulo, Air Tokyo, Hoppetosse en Berlín o Folkor en Lausana. Tocó en las sesiones de Cercle, cerrando para Dubfire en el Castillo de Fontainebleau y para Carl Cox en el Castillo de Chambord.

Como productor activo, sus temas han sido lanzados en sellos como Moan, Pleasure Zone, WAPM, Chichi Music, Cyclic y Epice Magique,  Hottrax, Reecords, Ama Recordings, TBX Records, Saved, Deeperfect, + frecuentemente  apareciendo en listas importantes. 
En 2021, Timid Boy fundó su sello de vinilo Almira Records (con iO Mulen, Mihai Popoviciu, Cosenza...) explorando sonidos minimal deep-tech.
