The opener for 2025 is a mix by Khotin from Edmonton, known for his productions from such as Ghostly and Public Release. This 80mins recorded live in Victoria, British Columbia on August 5, 2023 sounds very imaginative. Over a powerful yet rounded bottom and nimbly dancing percussion, the dreamy and melancholic melodies that can be found his works sway, and his dubbed-out groove sometimes with a slight feverishness, but always maintaining a low altitude will make you feel as if you are dancing in the morning haze.
