For our ninth release, we welcome the talented Niko Garcia who brings a deeply emotional and atmospheric journey titled The Others. The original mix is built around lush textures and hypnotic grooves, carrying the signature warmth and storytelling that defines Nikos sound. On remix duties, we are proud to present a stunning lineup of artists who each bring their own unique vision to the release. BiGz returns to the label delivering a dreamy re-interpretation full of warmth, layering delicate melodies and ethereal soundscapes to elevate the track into a beautifully immersive experience. Adding a different dimension, fellow Argentines Francisco Basso and Deejaguar join the MWE family and inject more drive and energy, crafting remixes that lean more onto the dancefloor with powerful rhythms while keeping the emotional core intact. Crystalline sounds paired with a sweeping ambience become the perfect backdrop for HRRSN’s profuse vocals on Better Off. Airy pads float alongside affecting harmonies, creating rhythm and emotion as the track culminates into a serene resolution.

Leipzig-based Schlepp Geist applies his movie soundtrack approach to production on the remix, adding immersive textures and percussive details that bring the track to new heights. 

BONDI’s remix unveils a deep and searching tone, with added strings and glitched up patterns that reset the initial mood and put the chorus at the epicentre of the entire construction. 
Stand Tall sees HRRSN diving deeper into the wistful territory that his sound palette encapsulates so effortlessly. Sustained notes and a light synth haze come to a boil just as the vocals reach an emotive peak: “Through you I got a glimpse of this feeling called love/I’m heading home”.

Retaining the raw emotion of the vocal, Kid Simius delivers an upbeat, disco-infused bit with a meandering synth melody that settles and gradually unfurls. 

Closer Riptide provides an intense cinematic experience, with stirring piano pads bound to the artist’s crooning vocals. The track swells and reverberates, assisted by fluttering blips and taps that add to its moody suspense.

All in all, a release where HRRSN showcases maturity both as a singer and producer, with apt alternatives that make it a diverse and fulfilling assortment of soundscapes.

Based in Berlin but originally from Italy, Soul Button has undoubtedly made a distinctive mark on the Melodic Techno scene, starting his personal project in 2012 along with the launch of his label and brand, Steyoyoke Recordings. As the inventor and trademark owner of the Ethereal Techno subgenre, his artist name, Soul Button, reflects a strong conceptual identity.

Soul Button transformed his label into a real brand, first establishing the two sub-labels Steyoyoke Black and Inner Symphony, and later developing his own clothing brand, SYYK Berlin, as well as his own publishing company, SYYK Publishing. Well known in the electronic music scene as one of the most skilled DJs and producers, for his mental and soulful sets and tracks, Soul Button has affirmed his international exposure.

His career took off with many successful singles like "Swift Minds" and "Wraith", the latter featuring acclaimed American vocalist Terry Grant. Tracks like "Reverie" and "Metamorphosis" were a great anticipation of his first album, released in December 2019, "Phantom Existence", a 13-original track album that marked a significant moment in his career, followed by a remix edition in April 2020.

Recent years have seen continued success with the release of the "Pantheon" EP alongside Monarke, and singles such as "God Save The Rave", "Crescendo", "Merine", "Infinitude", and "Dalliance", capturing the attention of techno enthusiasts worldwide. His latest work includes "Walking Straight Up", a single that highlights his ascent in 2023, together with the collection, "Dual Realms of Sound", which was a testament to Soul Button's evolving sound and his ability to capture the duality of rhythm and melody, further solidifying his place in the techno realm. 2024 sees his second official album "Master Minds", which will be launched in April 2024, with preceding singles "Lumina" and "Tartribe".

Having cemented himself firmly in the scene, Soul Button maintains focus on the continuous growth and development of his labels as well as his own personal career. The upcoming years will surely be busy with new tours and projects on the horizon.
