The lyrics of the track talk about the loss of a connection between two people. Sometimes, there isn't much you can do about the feeling of two people losing a romantic connection together, which chymes through the build up to the drop, "Love ain't enough". The drop is meant to represent a more powerful feeling of that breaking point. Our female vocalist goes into the second verse talking about the struggle of being without her lover and even tries dulling the pain, which resonates through the lyrics, "I've tried drinking the bottle. It can't drown your voice out". Meanwhile, the bridge brings both the male and female vocalist together for a call out of the old things they used to do together, while simultaneously bringing back memories of them "Closing down the same bars" without the other person being there with them. It brings together very real elements of something we all have experienced at one point or another. The final drop brings both vocalist together once again for a final call out that "Love ain't enough," but with the energy displayed, it seems that we've lost the sad emotions that come with this. We are finally finding acceptance that falling apart, is just apart of life.

It’s about struggling to believe in yourself and trusting you know what’s best while praying everything will work out. 

When I start losing faith in myself I almost instantly start feeling off, so this song is about preserving that feeling of hope to achieve everything you’re capable of and much more.

To anyone struggling through these tough times - have faith that things will get better!
