Both of the artists have enjoyed success as individuals, but have decided to join forces for this epic release.  The EP kicks off with the summer-vibes track, “Have Some Fun,” which features playful vocal hooks, pitched vocal stabs, snappy drums, and a live-played sounding bassline.  “Nothing Wrong,” is up next and features the co-production skills of the one and only, Stunna.  The song features, swirling pads, chiming keys, catchy melodies, growling mid bass tones, and soulful vocals.  The title track, “Sunshine,” is up next and features, steady-shuffling drums, wobbling basslines, lush pads, and epic vocals.  The EP is closed out perfectly with the deep-rolling sounds of “Pressure.”  The track features a stripped-down drum pattern, gritty layered sub bassline, heartfelt vocals, and hypnotic melodies. Soul Deep Exclusives and Vectasonic are proud to announce the release of the Silence EP, which is now available in all major digital stores and streaming sites!  The British producer returns to Soul Deep with another slick offering of smooth Liquid Drum & Bass.  Vectasonic’s signature sound can be found throughout the release, which boasts chunky breaks, soothing atmospheric pads, pretty female vocals hooks, and some mid-bass growls to balance out the tracks.  “Mobius,” is one of the standout tracks from the release, as it unleashes a classic Amen break, and pairs it with a heavy sub bassline, dubby guitar licks, and ethereal female vocal samples.  This one sounds like an instant classic, inspired by the golden era of late 90’s Drum & Bass. Madcap and Soul Deep Recordings are excited to announce the pre-release of the River Soul EP.  The release is now available for pre-order on Redeye Records and Triplevision, and will ship out as early as June 1st.  The songs on the EP have received heavy support from some of the top deejays in the scene, including LTJ Bukem, Randall, and many others.  "River Soul", will surely go down as one of the best tracks of 2018.  The song uses classic breaks, chopped up Amens, ethereal synth pads, and an 808 bassline, to create the perfect balance between old school and new school.  The combination of the two sounds helps pay homage to the originators of our fine musical genre, while also pushing the sound further with it's undeniable appeal.  The footage of LTJ Bukem dropping the song at the legendary Fabric Night Club has done the rounds and shows the crowds appreciation for the song.  The EP is pushed further into the future with the track, "Pablo".  The track starts out as a stripped down stepper with snappy drums, chugging percussion, chirping keys, and old school hip-hop samples.  When the drop hits, the song is taken to another level with its big sub bassline, dubby sound efx, and energetic horn blasts.  Overall, the River Soul release is an instant classic that will help set the bar for releases in 2018.  Madcap has established himself as one of the top producers in the game, and Soul Deep is proud and honored to have him on board.

Madcap - River Soul

Aetherial, who hails from the Netherlands, teams up with Soul Deep to drop his new Liquid sounds.  His sound has been making waves for the last couple of years, and those fans of Atmospheric, Liquid Drum & Bass are taking notice.  The Cosmosphere EP kicks off with the title track, which is a journey into Amen chopping, Liquid bliss.  The tune begins with soft lunar pads, intelligent strings, and echoing vocals.  When the drop hits, the chopped up Amen pattern kicks in and shuffles on top of the rolling 808 style bassline.  The haunting vocals drift in and out of the track, leaving the listener wanting more.  The second track, “Until Then”, sets the mood with its reverse pads, melancholic pianos, and echoing fx.  At the first drop, the soft atmospheric are met with snappy drums, deep baseline, and epic vocals that perfectly accentuate the mood of the track.  “Cold Skies”, is up next and delivers another atmospheric gem which features stunning pads, filtering efx, popping drums, and a rumbling sub bassline that will awaken the soul.  “After the Rain”, finishes things off in impressive fashion with its chirping arpeggiated keys, deep sub bassline, and ticking drums.  Aetherial presents another impressive set of timeless Liquid Drum & Bass anthems that pay homage to some the other early atmospheric artists, while pushing the sound to new heights.
