I'm Juliette, I’m 25 and I live in Paris.

q. is there a story behind the mix? how did it come together?
kind of - it is about rebirth and hope. I wanted to create something quite personal which would tell about finding peace and confidence again after a difficult time, finally taking decisions for yourself, and giving space in your life for self-love.
& with a lot of female energy!

q. in your opinion, what would be the ideal circumstances to enjoy your mix?
in any place where you feel safe and comfy - eyes closed.

q. describe a favorite object in your living room...
not an object, but the great view from my window on Père Lachaise cemetery. It is so peaceful

q. are you working on any projects right now (music or not music)
creating more sound collages for fun, releasing more music with my label Grande Rousse disques (that I run with 2 friends) and in the meantime I’m working on my professional transition from the music industry to flower farming and that's so exciting!

For our 48th ethereal mix we invited Kisikililake. This Monday she released the EP "My Room" — a collection of phantom covers of Soviet and post-Soviet space divas.

Previously Kristina recorded several singles with Chino Amobi, one of which was included in the artist's EP "What A Wonderful World". Besides, her debut experimental work and video performance "Salvation mantra" is available in the Black Holes label catalog.

 “This mix is ​​an ode to a ghost hope and intoxicating faith, from magical ambient vibes to a techno dungeon plunge.  Exploring the collective unconscious in the musical labyrinths, I try to find the edges of the eternal inside and outside of reality”.

A statement of intent from the Moroccan label, ‘Crocodile Tears in a Reptilian World’ is a focused distillation of the label’s sonic scope. 9 tracks spanning ambient emissions, dubby dread and mutant rave ordnance.

Our pick finds the Amsterdam-based producer and Garage Noord resident in amorphous ambient mode. A sombre, textured sound experiment for pensive contemplation.
