Born and raised in San Diego, CA and now based in Orange County, V! AKA  @itsvidiep officially began her DJ career as a part of @academyofdjs Season 13 graduating class. Vi’s passion for music, however, goes back over a decade. She discovered @soulection after moving to NYC in 2016 and cites them as a major influence. In addition, she describes her style as an eclectic mix of hip hop/r&b, house, trap, and an array of global club beats. Vi currently DJs events throughout SoCal but she plans to include music production and the creation of her own curated events as she continues on her music journey.

Strike A Jive is a LA based DJ duo comprised of LuckyStrike (@noahcameron__) and Jive (@rafolmao). The Season 13 graduates of Academy of DJs first debuted as a duo with a Soundcloud mix in July 2023, showcasing their ability to blend different genres. With the praise and success of their mix, LuckyStrike and Jive set out to create a new day party in LA. After selling out their first two day parties, Strike A Jive looks to continue their journey with the intention of standing out from the rest and continuing to offer fresh new ideas to their art. I had the opportunity to play a set for the Soulection & Friends tour in my hometown, Sacramento, last weekend. I've been a fan of Soulection since 2014 and ever since then, it's been on my bucket list to play alongside them. Full circle moment to say the least.
