We are excited to announce the launch of our new White Label Series with who other than Lakim! We've been planning this series for some time now and are glad it is finally becoming a reality. Since Soulection is always finding new artists and sounds we wanted to really focus and simplify the music into a new platform. Every Soulection White Label project will consist of only 2-4 tracks and really highlight the true craftsmanship of each artist. Lakim is a perfect introduction for this launch. Meet our latest discovery Jarreau Vandal (Pronounced Juh-Row)all the way from Amsterdam! This dude is by far one of the most talented artists that we've discovered in recent times. It was about a month ago that we found out about him when Iamnobodi brought him to our attention and told us how he met Jarreau at a show in Amsterdam. Iamnobodi said Jarreau sent him a folder of unreleased beats (including some of the tracks on this White Label) and was blown away! As you can hear for yourself Jarreau's production is very mature and ahead of time. We truly feel that he is next up to blow. Keep your eyes and ears open for plenty of more music to come from Jarreau and Soulection.

Disparate producers with complimentary sounds, Evil Needle and Sivey met in an online beat community 6 years ago and to this day have never met in real life. On June 24, 2014 they present their first official EP, 'Constructive Interference', to the world. 'Constructive Interference' was created over the span of 3 years and embodies the unique soundscapes of each producer.

Evil Needle, based in Strasbourg France [just on the border of Germany] pulls inspiration from traditional hip hop, neo-soul and trap music while seamlessly weaving in open synths and chunky chord progressions. Manchester, UK-based Sivey incorporates soulful beat-oriented music with what he calls "emotional highs and lows that are still musically stimulating" adding a beautifully uptempo sensibility.

The two come together to create a big sound vibration that is reminiscent of the round sound of vinyl – this time in a digital version.
