Here's the mix I did for the BBC Radio 1 - November was HIP HOP TAKEOVER month. I did an exclusive mix for the "Semtex Show" alongside Mixmaster Mike. A few other DJ homies who did mixes were DJ Craze, DJ Shadow, DJ Cash Money, Just Blaze and Mannie Fresh. Was an honor to be a part of the show and felt great to get back to my roots and get down on some proper Hip Hop. Enjoy!

Soulection Radio Show #208 w/ Elhae

Solid Steel (20th March) Having released debut album Sleep back in 2013 on Brighton based ‘Wolf Music’ Medlar steps up to the Solid Steel plate with a mix of 100% unreleased & exclusive tracks. He tells us this mix is constructed from 'Some unused tracks and distractions from the last 5 years, excerpts of interviews with some of the artists who've inspired me, and field recordings from some places I've travelled since music became my job.’ The result is an hour (and then some) of sublime, soulful funk and house grooves. Look out for new forthcoming releases on the aforementioned Wolf, as well as a collaborative release on 'Delusions Of Grandeur’, and remixes for Andreya Triana and  the Mr Bongo label.

We just want to say thank you to all those who made it out to our first official festival stage in Amsterdam last weekend @ Appelsap. This show was recorded from the AirBnB right before we headed to the festival.

If you asked us a couple years ago if we'd be programming our first stage for 15,000 people, we'd probably laugh.

Just know that we are working hard on building that Soulection Festival for 2016 and beyond.
